Twin Falls & the Magic Valley

Permanent lighting repair & service

Short answer

If something stops working, you call the people who fitted it. We install across the Magic Valley and we service what we install, so a fault is a local visit rather than a support ticket with a manufacturer in another state.

Who do I call when something stops working?

Us. That is the practical argument for using a local installer rather than the cheapest national quote: when a section goes dark two winters later, the number you ring belongs to the crew that fitted it, and they already know your roofline.

What usually goes wrong?

Not much, and rarely the lights themselves. Most callouts come down to a connection, a controller setting or physical damage from something else happening on the roof. Diagnosis is generally quicker than people expect.

Can you service a system somebody else installed?

Sometimes. It depends on the product and how it was fitted, so the honest answer is that we would need to look at it before promising anything. Call and describe what you have.

Good questions

Is service included after installation?

What is covered depends on your agreement, and we will set that out in writing at quote stage rather than leaving it vague.

How quickly can you come out?

It depends on the season — autumn is the busiest window across the Magic Valley. Call and we will give you a real date rather than an optimistic one.

What if my roof needs work?

Tell us before the roofer starts. Coordinating beforehand is far easier than repairing a track afterwards.

Do you service commercial as well as homes?

Yes — both, across the Magic Valley.
